Building a startup

A startup company not only requires an idea to fuel its progress, it also needs a variety of factors to be fulfilled. Building the organization, advisory committee, workforce, partnerships and execution is the key to success more than an invention or an idea. Yes inventions are critical, but an all round focus has to be the driving impetus of a successful company. A budding entrepreneur has to concentrate on all these factors to rise above the ranks in developing a company that delivers products and services to end customers.
